(Alliance News) - OneSavings Bank PLC on Monday said its chief executive and chief financial officer both sold shares, with CEO Andy Golding selling shares for more than GBP1 million.
Golding sold 250,000 shares at GBP4.38 each for a total of GBP1.1 million on Monday. This followed last Friday's GBP434,000 share sale by CFO April Talintyre of 100,000 shares at GBP4.34 each.
In addition to these sales by executive directors, the lender - which focuses the mortgage market - disclosed that Chief Information Officer Richard Davis sold 8,535 share at GBP4.41965 each for GBP37,722 on Friday last week and Chief Operating Officer Clive Kornitzer sold 34,000 shares at GBP4.485 each for GBP152,490 on Monday this week.
