LONDON (Alliance News) - OPG Power Ventures PLC said Non-Executive Deputy Chairman Jeremy Allen purchased shares worth GBP83,891 in the power plants development firm in two separate transactions.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Allen bought 500,000 shares at a price of 11.95 pence each, worth GBP59,750, while on Wednesday he acquired 196,271 at 12.30p each, totalling GBP24,141.
OPG Power shares were trading 7.6% higher on Wednesday at 13.00p each.
