LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment bank Numis Corp PLC on Thursday said its anticipates profit and revenue for the first half of its financial year will rise year-on-year.
Numis said equity issuance has remained relatively strong in the six months to the end of March. The bank worked on 27 equity transactions, including 10 initial public offerings, and said a number of further corporate deals are set to complete in April and beyond.
It will publish its interim results on May 6.
Numis shares were up 1.6% to 204.62 pence early Thursday.
