LONDON (Alliance News) - Australian oil-and-gas technology company Enteq Upstream PLC said Wednesday that Robin Pinchbeck, a non-executive director, had acquired 30,000 shares in the company at 58.4 pence each.
Following the transaction, Pinchbeck has an interest in 337,204 shares, equal to less than 1% of the company.
The shares were purchased Tuesday, with the company notified that day.
Shares in Enteq were trading up 4.2%, or 2.40 pence, Wednesday morning, at 59.90p.
