LONDON (Alliance News) - Nektan PLC said Tuesday it has signed a deal with Irish commercial broadcaster TV3 Group to create and operate a white-label multi-platform real money casino under TV3's '3Games.ie' brand.
Nektan will provide it with a suite of real money slots and table games through its software platform 'Evolve'.
No financial details of the agreement were disclosed.
Nektan is a portfolio company of Disruptive Tech Ltd, in which Vela Technologies PLC has a 0.63% interest. Vela Technologies noted Nektan's new financing package of GBP7.1 million announced last Tuesday, and said this funding round gives it confidence Nektan is now in a position to fast track its expansion further in the US and Europe.
Disruptive Tech has a 12.8% stake in Nektan.
Shares in Nektan are trading up 1.2% at 172.00 pence Tuesday morning, whilst Vela Technologies are trading down 16.2% at 0.155 pence.
