(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and late Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Sigma Capital Group PLC - private rented sector developer - Hires former Countryside Properties PLC chief executive Ian Sutcliffe as non-executive chair, effective immediately. Sigma's current chair, David Sigsworth, will remain on the board as senior independent non-executive director. Sutcliffe was CEO of Countryside for four years before stepping down at the end of March.

NWF Group PLC - distributor of fuel, feed and food - Hires Victrex PLC Chief Financial Officer Richard Armitage as non-executive director from July 1. Victrex is a FTSE 250-listed polymer maker.

Crimson Tide PLC - Robert Todd resigns as non-executive director, effective immediately, "to focus on his personal business interests".

Oncimmune Holdings PLC - cancer detection and care - Richard Sharp steps down as non-executive director from Monday, after 10 years, having "taken up a role as senior strategic adviser to the UK government in connection with the COVID-19 crisis". Sharp remains a shareholder, the company notes.

Oilex Ltd - oil basin development in India, Australia and UK - Non-Executive Chair Brad Lingo steps down as director but will continue to assist with the company's effort to sell its Cooper-Eromanga Basin assets in South Australia. Managing Director Joe Salomon becomes interim executive chair as well, until company finds new non-executive chair.

Ncondezi Energy Ltd - developing coal-to-power project in northern Mozambique - Estevao Pale resigns as non-executive director after being appointed chair of Mozambique national oil company Empresa Nacional de Hidrocarbonetos. Pale has been on the Ncondezi board for a decade, acting as the AIM-listed company's local director. "Estevao has taken on an important task for Mozambique as it looks to become one of the world's largest producers of liquified natural gas," said Ncondezi Chief Executive Officer Hanno Pengilly.
