(Alliance News) - Murray International Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Kevin Carter bought shares worth GBP56,022 in the investment trust in a transaction on Thursday.
Carter acquired 5,000 shares at 1,120.44 pence each. Shares in Murray closed 0.7% higher at 1,122.00p in London on Thursday.
The total holding of Carter after the transaction was not disclosed.
