LONDON (Alliance News) - MedicX Fund Ltd Thursday said it has signed a contract to acquire a primary healthcare medical centre in Northampton, England.
The property is let to a GP practice and pharmacy, and MedicX will acquire the property for over GBP2.5 million, taking the company's total property portfolio to 141 properties across the UK, of which 132 properties are operational and fully let and nine are under construction, it said in a statement.
The annualised rent roll for all of the company's properties stands at GBP33.8 million.
MedicX shares were up 1.2% to 84.00 pence per share on Thursday morning.
