LONDON (Alliance News) - MedicX Fund Ltd Tuesday said it has entered into an agreement to buy a modern primary healthcare unit in Havant, Hampshire for GBP5.2 million.
The property is currently let to a GP practice and pharmacy and brings the primary care infrastructure investor's total property portfolio to 135 across the UK. The annualised rent roll for all the firm's properties is now GBP32.3 million.
The company has made a slew of acquisitions in recent months, buying centres in Middlesbrough, Plymouth and Hertfordshire in July for a total of GBP10.2 million.
MedicX Fund shares were down 1.2% to 84 pence on Tuesday.
