LONDON (Alliance News) - Metal Tiger PLC said Monday its Finance Director Keith Springall has resigned from the mining-focused investment firm to "pursue other business interests."
Spingall - in post since 2016 - will be replaced by Malcolm Bacchus as a "non-board part-time finance director." Bacchus will also serve as interim company secretary.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Keith Springall for his contribution to the growth of Metal Tiger and would like to wish him all the best in his future endeavours," Metal Tiger Chief Executive Officer Michael McNeilly said. "Malcolm has previously been involved in the finance function of Metal Tiger as a consultant and we look forward to working with him in his new capacity."
Shares in Metal Tiger were 1.9% higher at 2.42 pence on Monday.
