LONDON (Alliance News) - Advertising technology provider Matomy Media Group Ltd said Monday it had extended the due diligence deadline for the proposed USD36 million sale of the company's stake in Team Internet AG.
In April, Matomy agreed to sell its 90% stake in technology firm Team Internet to minority shareholder Rainmaker Investments GmbH in cash.
Matomy and Rainmaker have now agreed to extend the due diligence deadline to June 30. The two firms had already extended the deadline by 30 days to June 10 in mid-May.
Shares in Matomy were 7.0% lower at 5.12 pence on Monday.
