LONDON (Alliance News) - Metals Exploration PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Andrew Stancliffe as a non-executive director, effective immediately.
The AIM-listed miner said Stancliffe has been nominated as a director by MTL Luxembourg Sarl Pte Ltd in accordance with an agreement signed in April 2011.
Stancliffe's appointment is in replacement to Lucian Simovici, MTL Luxembourg's previous nominated director, whose resignation is effective immediately. Simovici had been a member of the board since January 2015.
Stancliffe is currently a director of Capital Financial Markets Ltd. He holds no shares, warrants, options or any other financial instruments in Metals Exploration.
Metals Exploration shares were trading 0.3% higher on Tuesday at 1.45 pence each.
