LONDON (Alliance News) - Motif Bio PLC on Friday said that Invesco Ltd has cut its stake in the company by more than 10%.
Prior to Friday's deal, Invesco held a 24.98% interest in the pharmaceutical company which it lowered to just GBP14.05%.
Furthermore, in a separate statement, Motif Bio said that Prudential PLC also lowered its stake in the firm to below 5% from a previously held 5.11%.
Motif Bio shares closed down 6.5% at 10.12 pence each on Friday.
