The transaction was completed on Thursday. Also, Non-Executive Director Heather Lawrence acquires 25,000 shares at GBP1.57 each, worth GBP39,250, also on Thursday.

TBC Bank Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based bank - Says Nikoloz Kurdiani, deputy CEO of JSC TBC Bank, sells 2,950 shares at a price of GBP11.16 each. The transaction, worth GBP32,922, was completed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Manolete Partners PLC - London-based insolvency litigation financing company - Says Chair Designate Howard Leigh purchases 20,000 shares at a price of GBP2.40 each. This transaction, totalling GBP48,000, was completed on Thursday.

MS International PLC - engineering products manufacturer - Says Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Roger Lane-Smith buys 5,000 shares at a price of 202 pence each. This transaction, totalling GBP10,100, was completed on Wednesday. Also, on Thursday, Lane-Smith buys 15,000 shares at 208p, worth GBP31,200. Following these purchases, Lane-Smith holds an interest in 100,000 shares, representing 0.6% stake.

Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - Bermuda-based investment company - Says Alternate Director David Till acquires 130,000 shares in three transactions on Wednesday at an average price of 359.00 pence each. As a result of this transaction, worth GBP466,700, Till is now interested in 838,910 shares, representing 0.5% stake.
