LONDON (Alliance News) - Management Resource Solutions PLC said Wednesday it has appointed Joe Clayton as its permanent chief executive officer with immediate effect.
Clayton has been serving as interim CEO of the company since the departure of MRS's previous chief executive and founder Paul Morffew in October. Clayton was previously chief executive of SubZero Group, the mining services company which MRS acquired earlier this year.
The appointment of Clayton comes as shares in MRS remain suspended on AIM while the company resolves issues with the publication of its results to June 30.
MRS has previously said the audit process for its annual results for the year to June 30 revealed "a number of operational and financial matters that require review".
