LONDON (Alliance News) - Macau Property Opportunities Fund Ltd Thursday said the Land, Public Works and Transport Bureau of Macau has granted an occupancy permit for The Fountainside, allowing the handover of sold units to begin.
The Fountainside is the company's residential development in the Penha district of Macau.
Macau Property Opportunities has received deposits amounting to HKD50 million to date. Final payments totalling HKD147 million are expected to be received upon handover, the company added.
Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited is a closed-end investment fund registered in Guernsey. Its shares were trading up 1.7% at 210.59 pence Thursday morning.
