LONDON (Alliance News) - Macau Property Opportunities Fund Ltd on Thursday said it has been granted an urban condition plan for its retail redevelopment project in Senado Square, Macau.
The urban condition plan is an official government document which stipulates the approved redevelopment parameters for a property, including site area, height and plot ratio, and is a necessary precursor to submission of the architectural drawings for the project.
Macau Property said it expects to submit architectural drawings for the project in the next few weeks.
Shares in Macau Property were down 5.1% at 111.000 pence on Thursday morning.
