Mode Global Holdings PLC - fintech firm offering business payments, digital banking app and Bitcoin Jar, an interest-generating account for bitcoin - Chief Operations Officer Richard Morecroft buys 20,000 shares at 48.03 pence, worth GBP9,606, on Monday. The purchase is his only holding. Mode Global completed its initial public offering on the London Main Market earlier this month.
