Wizz Air Holdings PLC - Budapest-based central and eastern Europe-focused budget airline - Three senior executives sell GBP6.8 million in shares. Chief Executive Officer Jozsef Varadi sells 120,000 shares via Vaxco Holdings Ltd at GBP53.17 on Wednesday. Chief Corporate Officer Marion Geoffroy sells 2,000 shares at GBP53.74, also on Wednesday. Chief Commercial Officer George Michalopoulos sells 5,000 shares at GBP52.99 on Thursday.

Hochschild Mining PLC - silver and gold mines in Peru and Argentina - CEO Ignacio Bustamante sells 577,455 shares at USD2.98 to USD3.18, worth USD1.8 million, on Thursday last week to Wednesday this week. Hochschild says the share sales are to meet personal tax liabilities, and Bustamante says he has no plans to make more share sales for at least 12 months.

Clipper Logistics PLC - Leeds, England-based logistics firm - Roger Peel, subsidiary managing director, sells 244,889 shares at GBP5.80, worth GBP1.4 million, on Friday. The share sale comes after Clipper on Thursday says it won two major new contracts, with retailers River Island Clothing Ltd and Mountain Warehouse Ltd. The stock closed up 7.8% on Thursday.

Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC - Slough, Berkshire-based consumer health and hygiene products - Harold van den Broek, president of Hygiene division, and associate Elizabeth Hunnekens, buy 24,000 shares in total at average GBP59.65, worth GBP1.4 million, on Wednesday. Reckitt reported annual results on Wednesday, with a swing to profit in 2020 led by a 16% jump in sales in the Hygiene division, due to Covid-19.

Morses Club PLC - Batley, West Yorkshire-based home collected credit provider and online loans - CFO Graeme Campbell buys 40,000 at 65.77p, worth GBP26,308, on Thursday. The purchase is his only holding.

TheWorks.co.uk PLC - Birmingham-based gifts and stationery retailer - Non-executive directors Harry Morley and Catherine Glickman buy 24,493 shares on Wednesday and 45,432 shares on Thursday, respectively. The purchases, at GBP0.43 and GBP0.44, are worth GBP30,382 in total. Morley now has 100,000 shares and Glickman 77,244.
