Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC - Danehill, Sussex-based brick manufacturer - Tells annual general meeting it has returned to full operational capacity since reopening its plants on April 21. Covid-19-related closures left UK turnover up to the end of May 25% below 2019, though Belgium turnover was less affected. Still too early to predict 2020 as a whole or beyond. Separately, hires Paula Hay-Plumb as non-executive director from Thursday. Hay-Plumb was a finance executive at retailer Marks & Spencer Group PLC. She is currently a commissioner and non-executive board member of the Crown Estate, as well as a non-executive director of London-listed Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust PLC.
