LONDON (Alliance News) - Maven Income & Growth VCT 4 PLC on Friday reported interim results for the first half.
Its net asset value total return was 135.55 pence at the end of June, up 3.3% from six months earlier.
Its NAV was 98.63p at the end of June after paying a final dividend of 2.90p.
It increased its interim dividend to 2.20p from 2.10p.
"Your company will maintain its focus on investing principally in established UK businesses, which are each capable of generating a high level of income and offer the potential to achieve capital appreciation on realisation. The board and the manager believe that this strategy, which has been employed over a number of years, will continue to deliver steady growth in Shareholder value and support a progressive dividend programme," Maven Capital Partners UK LLP said.
