Lok'n Store Group PLC - Farnborough, England-based provider of self-storage space - Says Non-executive Director Simon Thomas sells 10,000 shares at 860 pence on Thursday for a total amount of GBP86,000. Says his beneficial interest in the company decreases to 1.4 million shares, representing a 4.7% stake in the company.

United Utilities Group PLC - Warrington, England-based water supply company - Company Secretary Simon Gardiner sells 6,244 shares at GBP10.250898 each for a total of GBP64,006 on Tuesday. Says a person associated with Simon Gardiner, Sara Gardiner, sells 13,186 shares at GBP10.280136 each for a total of GBP135,553 on Monday.
