LONDON (Alliance News) - Specialist finance provider 1PM PLC said on Thursday it has appointed Carol Roberts to head its Asset division and Lorraine Neyland to head its Risk division.
Roberts is currently chair of finance-focused non-profit organisation The Leasing Foundation. Her most recent executive role was as managing director at financial services provider Bibby Financial Services for three years from 2014 to 2017.
Neyland's most recent role was at FTSE 100-listed Lloyds Banking Group PLC, where she spent nine years from 2009 to 2017, leaving as senior manager.
"I am delighted to welcome both Carol and Lorraine to the group. head of Asset and head of Risk are both new roles for the group but they are pivotal ones within the senior leadership team. As head of Asset, Carol will oversee all three of our leasing businesses - Onepm Finance, Academy Leasing and Bradgate Business Finance - while Lorraine will be responsible for all aspects of the underwriting, credit and recoveries functions as head of Risk," said Chief Executive Officer Ian Smith.
Shares in 1PM were down 1.6% at 42.30 pence on Thursday.
