Notes Hawthorne is an experienced non-executive director and chair with significant work-out experience in the listed and private equity environments, adding he is chair at investment trust RDL Realisation PLC.
Separately, says it intends to return 5 pence per share to ordinary shareholders and 12p per share to C shareholders.
