KKV Secured Loan Fund Ltd - investment company - resolves to return 3 pence per share to ordinary shareholders, coming up to GBP10.6 million based ton the current number of shares in issue, and 21p per share to C shareholders, being GBP29 million.
Distributions will be conducted through an issue of redeemable B shares and D shares to existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding on the record date of September 2.
