Wells Fargo Now Holds 10% Stake In Keystone Investment Trust (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Keystone Investment Trust PLC said Monday US banking giant Wells Fargo & Co's investment management arm, Wells Capital Management, now holds a 10% stake in the company.

Wells Capital Management's holding in Keystone prior to Friday's transaction was not reported.

On Wednesday, JPMorgan Chase & Co lowered its holding in Keystone to 5.4% from 6.1%.

Shares in Keystone Investment Trust closed up 0.2% Monday at 1,620.00 pence each.
