Keystone Investment Declares Second Interim And Special Dividend

LONDON (Alliance News) - Keystone Investment Trust PLC on Monday declared a second interim dividend in lieu of a final dividend for its financial year, as well as a special dividend.

The second interim dividend is 38 pence per share, which brings to the total dividend for the year to 56p per share. This dividend will be paid on December 21 and stands in place of a final dividend for its year ended September 30.

The declared dividend exceeds the 55.0p per share annual dividend paid for Keystone Investment's financial 2017 year.

Furthermore, a special 1.75p per share dividend has also been declared, the aim of which is to pass on the one-off special dividends Keystone Investment received during its year. This too will be paid December 21.

Shares in Keystone Investment Trust closed down 0.3% at 1,555.15 pence on Monday.
