June 17 (Reuters) - Home improvement retailer Kingfisher Plc on Monday named British Land finance chief Bhavesh Mistry as its next CFO to replace Bernard Bot who will retire.

Goldman Sachs International bought back 19.9 million shares on behalf of Kingfisher, spending GBP50 million in total. Kingfisher now has completed GBP100 million of the GBP300 million programme. The company says details about the third tranche will be announced "in due course".
