LONDON (Alliance News) - Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC Tuesday said that Chairman Perry Crosthwaite acquired 20,348 shares at a price of 124.42 pence each on April 2, as a result of an exercise of subscription rights.
Crosthwaite now holds a total of 223,838 shares in the company.
Shares in the trust closed 1.1% lower Tuesday at 141.01 pence per share.
