LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan European Investment Trust PLC said Wednesday that non-executive independent Director Stephen Russell acquired 13 shares via a dividend reinvestment.
The shares were acquired at 239.0 pence on April 8.
Following the acquisition Russell's total shareholding is 2,245 shares.
Shares in the investment trust closed up 0.6% at 126.75 pence Wednesday.
