LONDON (Alliance News) - ITE Group PLC said its Chief Executive Officer Mark Shashoua acquired shares worth GBP48,440 in the exhibitions and events firm in a transaction on Monday.
Shashoua - boss since September 2016 - bought 80,000 shares at 60.55 pence each. Shares in ITE were 0.5% lower at 60.70 pence on Monday.
The total holding of Shashoua after the transaction was not disclosed.
