LONDON (Alliance News) - Hardware and software company IS Solutions PLC on Wednesday said Chairman Peter Simmonds bought shares in the company on Tuesday.
Simmonds bought 50,000 shares at 97.75 pence per share, taking his total holding to 141,500 shares.
The shares were acquired the same day IS Solutions announced a reshuffle to its board and said it remained confident it would meet market expectations for the full year as it swung to a pretax profit in the first half.
Shares in IS Solutions were up 4.5% to 98.725 pence on Wednesday.
