LONDON (Dow Jones)--IPSA Group PLC (IPSA.LN), a developer, owner and operator of power generation capacity in Southern Africa, Tuesday announces that, on June 17, Sterling Trust Limited acquired 5,010,000 ordinary shares of the Company in an off-market transaction at 12 pence per Ordinary Share, equating to 5.27% of the issued share capital.
