(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Monday.

----------

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

----------

Petrofac PLC, up 21% at 165.38 pence, 12-month range 90.66p-191.35p. Shares in the oilfield services provider are continuing to rally after the UK Serious Fraud Office on Friday said it had pleaded guilty to seven bribery offences. The stock closed up 27% on Friday.

The unsecured consumer credit provider says it may issue Swedish krona-denominated senior unsecured floating rate bonds under its existing euro medium-term note programme. The money will be used to refinance the company's bonds maturing in June 2022. Holders of those will be invited to exchange them for the new bonds. The size of the potential issuance was not disclosed.

----------

Medica Group PLC, up 3.3% at 167.80p, 12-month range 5.00p-190.50p. The teleradiology services provider raises its dividend after a surge in first-half earnings, as demand for diagnostic imaging recovered. Revenue in the first half of 2021 increases 56% year-on-year to GBP26.4 million from GBP17.0 million. Pretax profit jumps 69% to GBP2.2 million from GB1.3 million. The company lifts its interim dividend 4.7% to 0.89 pence per share. Last year, it paid a 0.85p per share interim dividend and a 1.70p per share final dividend.
