Indivior PLC - Richmond, Virginia-based treatments for opioid addiction - Largest shareholder Scopia Capital Management LP sells 20.0 million shares at 250 pence, worth GBP50.0 million, in a placing run by Jefferies International Ltd. The shares represent a 2.8% stake in Indivior. Scopia continues to hold 96.9 million shares, a 13.5% stake, and will retain its seat on the board. It remains a "committed long-term shareholder" in Indivior, which remains its top holding. Indivior will receive no cash from the sale, as it was of existing shares.
Current stock price: 255.40p, down 2.0% on Wednesday
Year-to-date change: more than doubled from 108.80p on December 31
