Ince Group PLC - Dagenham, England-based corporate and commercial law firm - Gives update on the publication of its annual report for the year ended March 31, and its interim results for the six months ended September 30.
Says the group's auditor BDO has made "substantial progress" and is now in the final stages of quality control. It now requires two more weeks to complete its audit procedures, and will publish the results "as soon as possible thereafter".
At the end of January, Ince said its results would be released "no later" than February 10.
Ince shares are currently suspended from trading on AIM. They last traded on December 30 at 0.05 pence.
