Infrastructure India PLC - Isle of Man-based closed-ended investment company focused on assets in India - Agrees to USD6 million increase to term loan with IIP Bridge Facility LLC, first signed in April 2019.
Principal of the loan now stands at USD111 million, with amount of interest accrued being at USD56.4 million. All other terms remain the same, including the maturity date of April 1, 2023.
