LONDON (Alliance News) - Intercede Group PLC said Chairman and Chief Executive Richard Parris bought 7,500 shares in the company at a price of 194.0 pence per share, as part of his self-invested personal pension on Wednesday.
The company said Parris now holds 5.6 million shares in the company, representing 11.6% of Intercede.
Intercede Group shares were down 1.0% to 193.00 pence on Wednesday.
