Harworth Group PLC - Rotherham-based property regeneration - Appoints Lynda Shillaw as chief executive officer, with effect on November 1, replacing Owen Michaelson, who will leave the company at the end of 2020. Shillaw is currently property director at Town Centre Securities PLC. In addition, notes robust demand for residential and industrial land for first half of 2020, and strong income collection from its industrial tenant case. As at June 30, Harworth's portfolio comprises 30,409 potential residential plots and 25.0 square feet of potential industrial space.
