Thu, 22nd Jul 2021 18:08

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Safestyle UK PLC - Bradford, England-based PVCu double-glazed windows provider - Trades strongly through the first half of 2021 and continues to make good progress on its strategic agenda. Safestyle UK expects to report revenues of GBP72.9 million for the six months to July 4, an increase of 13% over the first half of 2019 and 73% over 2020. "Despite these current uncertainties, in light of our positive first-half revenue growth, margin improvement and current order book, the board expects 2021's full year financial performance to be ahead of current market expectations," says Chief Executive Mike Gallacher.

----------

Medica Group PLC - Hastings, England-based teleradiology services provider - Reports a positive first half of 2021, with the UK and Ireland performing strongly against a backdrop of a sustained recovery in activity in diagnostic services. "The recovery of elective scanning activity in health services is now well underway. Medica is seeing a sustained recovery in Elective scanning volumes as a result, as well as a sustained strong performance of our NightHawk business in the UK due to continued growth from existing customers, good progress with new client wins, and providing expanded services to existing clients," says CEO Stuart Quin.

----------

----------

Additionally, HRMS has secured a number of forward trading positions, which give great confidence that HRMS can continue to benefit from the very strong commodity market conditions throughout the first six months of the year ending May 2022. As a result, Hargreaves Services now expects its results for the year ending May 2022 to be materially ahead of market expectations.

----------

KRM22 PLC - risk management company - Further strengthens the quality of its annual recurring revenue in the six months to June 30, including the signing of GBP300,000 of new business. The company expects to post total revenue of GBP2.2 million versus GBP2.3 million reported for the first half of 2020. The reduction in total revenue reflects the churn experienced in 2020 however, adjusted loss before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation is broadly in line with last year despite the slightly lower revenue.

----------

This was due to a slight reduction in administrative expenses, as revenue remained unchanged year-on-year at GBP20.4 million.
