(Alliance News) - Hansard Global PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Graeme Easton as a independent non-executive director from July 1.
Easton has 34 years' experience in the financial services industry, initially with Sun Life, which became AXA, in the UK and then AXA, Zurich, and Canada Life in the Isle of Man, the company said.
He has held a number of senior roles including actuary, compliance officer, chief financial officer and executive director.
Shares in Isle of Man-based financial services business were trading 0.4% lower at 46.16 pence each on Thursday afternoon.
