EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Hansard Global hires new CEO; Argentex co-CEO back

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Hansard Global PLC - Isle of Man-based specialist long-term savings provider - Hires Graham Sheward as chief executive officer, starting immediately. Sheward replaces Gordon Marr, who Hansard announced in March is retiring. Sheward most recently was the Isle of Man-based managing director of the local office of Sancus Group. He has worked for a number of offshore financial services businesses, including those of Natwest Group PLC, Barclays PLC and Close Brothers Group PLC.

Argentex Group PLC - London-based foreign exchange services - Co-CEO Carl Jani returns to work on Monday following a leave of absence for health reasons that began in January. Co-CEO Harry Adams had assumed the role of sole CEO during Jani's absence.

Conygar Investment Co PLC - London-based property investment and development - Promotes Financial Controller David Baldwin to finance director, effective from Monday. Baldwin has been financial controller for five years and company secretary for the past year.

Inspired Energy PLC - Kirkham, Lancashire-based consultant for energy procurement, utility cost optimisation and legislative compliance - Promotes Richard Logan from independent non-executive director to non-executive chair, starting from end of annual general meeting on June 30. Logan replaces Mike Fletcher, who steps down after nine years on the board. Also hires Sangita Shah as independent non-executive director, starting July 1. Shah is chair of AIM listings Bilby PLC and RA International Group PLC.

Ergomed PLC - Guildford, England-based services to pharmaceutical industry - Hires Mark Enyedy as non-executive director, starting June 10. Enyedy is CEO of ImmunoGen Inc, a Nasdaq-listed biotechnology firm. Prior to ImmunoGen, Enyedy worked at Shire PLC as head of Corporate Development.

Shield Therapeutics PLC - Newcastle, England-based pharmaceutical firm focused on iron deficiency - Hires Fabiana Lacerca-Allen and Anders Lundstrom as independent non-executive directors, starting immediately. Lacerca-Allen is chief compliance officer for Aimmune Therapeutics Inc in San Francisco. Aimmune is part of Nestle SA. Lundstrom is chief commercial officer at High Point, North Carolina-based Banner Life Sciences.

Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC - Hires Magdalene Miller as non-executive director, starting Monday. Miller is a former investment director with Aberdeen Standard Investments' global emerging market team.
