LONDON (Alliance News) - Financial services company Hansard Global PLC said Non-Executive Chairman Leonard Polonsky purchased 175,000 shares at a price of 62.00 pence per share on Wednesday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Polonsky now holds in the company following the GBP108,500 deal.
Shares in Handard closed down 3.4% at 60.26p each on Monday.
