HgCapital Trust PLC - participates in the investments of manager Hg - Makes additional investment into legal technology firm Litera. Terms of deal not disclosed. HgCapital Trust will invest about GBP28.2 million in Litera, adding to its current GBP48.0 million investment. Notes its August 31 net asset value stands at GBP1.73 billion, or 388.5 pence per share, with GBP251 million liquid resources available for future deployment.
