HgCapital Trust PLC - London-based investment firm - To invest GBP9 million in risk-centric wealth management platform Riskalyze Inc, as investment manager, Hg, scoops up majority interest in Riskalyze through Hg Mercury 3 Fund.
HGT gives private and institutional investors the opportunity to participate in all Hg's investments.
HGT's liquid resources available for future deployment is estimated to be GBP161 million, or 11% of March 31 NAV of GBP1.5 billion.
