(Alliance News) - Hardy Oil & Gas PLC said Friday Aberforth Partners LLP exited its 12% stake in the firm following a transaction on Thursday, shortly after Robert Quested almost doubled his stake to 21% on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, Robert Quested expanded his stake in the firm to 15.6 million shares which is equivalent to a 21% stake in the company. Prior to the transaction, Quested held a 12% stake in the firm.
Shortly after, on Thursday, Aberforth sold all its shares in Hardy Oil & Gas. Previously, it held a 12% stake in Hardy Oil & Gas.
Shares in Hardy Oil closed 10% lower at 2.92 pence in London on Friday.
