LONDON (Alliance News) - Highcroft Investments PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Chairman John Hewitt bought 3,000 shares in the company for 805 pence a share.
Hewitt now holds a total of 18,985 shares in the company, a 0.37% shareholding.
The company also said that Finance Director Roberta Miles bought 450 shares for 805 pence per share Wednesday. Miles now holds 2,700 shares, a 0.05% interest in the company.
Shares in the real estate investment trust were trading 1.2% lower Wednesday afternoon at 805.00 pence.
