LONDON (Alliance News) - Haydale Graphene Industries PLC on Monday said it has successfully applied for a patent in China.
The company said the patent is one of a number arising from its plasma process and is expects the full patent to be granted in August.
"I am very pleased that our application for a patent in China has been allowed. This confirmation that we will soon be granted our first patent is a real milestone in our IP strategy and protects our key technologies," said Ray Gibbs, Haydale's chief executive.
Shares in Haydale were up 0.9% to 122.10 pence on Monday.
