LONDON (Alliance News) - Nighthawk Energy PLC Tuesday said Chief Operating Officer Chuck Wilson exercised share options over 1.1 million shares at an exercise price of 7.25 pence per share Monday, and then sold the shares at 9.13p each.
Following this transaction, Wilson holds 725,000 shares.
The company also said Chairman Rick McCullough bought 1.1 million shares at 9.13p each, which represents his only holding in the company.
Shares in the oil development and production company were down 0.2% at 9.20p Tuesday.
