LONDON (Alliance News) - Global Real Estate Investments Ltd Monday said its EPRA net asset value was EUR265.4 million at the end of March
In an update for the three months to March 31, the property company said its EPRA net asset value per share stood at EUR9.31. EPRA is the European Public Real Estate Association, the industry body for European REITs.
The company said during the period it acquired a number of properties, including Tower Centre International, a recently constructed landmark office building in Bucharest's central business district for EUR58 million deal.
Globalworth Real Estate Investments shares were quoted down 4.4% at EUR5.50 Wednesday morning.
